The Crucible intends to identify those who show potential as change makers, provide training and mentorship, and make them ready to impact their country through their various conduits or dedicated areas of social and professional engagement.
Beyond the select group, the Institute also extends this same crucible effect to the public through public workshops and the arts. This includes stage productions, choral performances, orature, living monuments, etc.
The vision of the Crucible is a center of vibrant action that creatively engages the public in revolutionary arts.
